Facilitator Trainings are a series of educational/practical seminars designed to teach individuals the skills necessary to create, implement and process teambuilding and ropes course challenge activities. They allow each individual to develop her/his own style and build upon their leadership, communication and confidence with groups. Those that successfully complete the trainings will be hired as facilitators for both ARC Team Challenge and the Ray & Joan Kroc Center.
