DESCRIPTION

Baja Trips (pdf)

Rancho Agua Caliente is a private rustic resort of 800 acres in the foothills of the Sierra San Pedro Martir Mounatin Range. Located 16 miles to the east of Ensenada, this beautiful ranch is located within a riverbed canyon with a year-round stream and an amazing mineral hot spring. The mountain air is always fresh and the hot spring water is extremely pure, bubbling out of the ground at a relaxing 108 degrees. You'll practice yoga mornings and evenings and hike and relax in the afternoon. Enjoy nutritious vegetarian meals, learn how to deepen your yoga practice, and refresh the mind and body in this natural environment.

YOUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Jennifer Tipton has been teaching fitness and movement for over ten years. She was attracted to yoga for the physical benefits but soon discovered that yoga is the key to so much more. Yoga leads us down a path of self-discovery. Jennifer enjoys exploring new places and studying foreign languages. In 2000 she left the midwest and spent two years working and studying in Spain and Brazil. She then moved to San Diego to complete her graduate degree in Latin American Studies. While living in southern California she discovered her passion for teaching yoga. She is fascinated by the exploration of the mind-body connection and the transformations that yoga brings. While practicing we learn about ourselves physically, work with our emotions and expectations, and eventually learn to let go. Jennifer enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga with people of all ages and backgrounds. She has been teaching at the ARC since 2004.

Jennifer studied the art of Vinyasa (flow) Yoga with Ganga White and Tracy Rich of the White Lotus Foundation. She is registered at the 200 hour level with Yoga Alliance and is also an ACE certified personal trainer. She continues to attend workshops and conferences with many amazing teachers. Jennifer encourages her students to build greater self-awareness, empowerment, and peace through their yoga practice. Jennifer places emphasis in breath awareness, safety, and alignment.
